Comment from Mr. M on 2016-10-10 15:58:07: I am writing with a complaint regarding tenant in 3C..Brian C or K. not sure which. Brian is extremely loud and obnoxious, he is outside every day all day drinking, swearing(the F bomb seems to be the largest part of his vocabulary) and playing loud rock music. These particular apartments face those of us in the Fayette Housing apartments, and due to the placement of both areas there is an echo effect happening. I am unable to leave my windows open and enjoy my home because Brian's voice is so loud and resounding it penetrates through my apartment. I have spoken to several other neighbors in this area and they too say that he is so loud that they are vexed by him as well. We are elderly and quite frankly afraid to confront him on these issues. He is very intimidating. He has shot off cherry bombs, BB Guns, and fire works. He is a menace to himself and others. As Brian is your tenant and Cindy and Mike are aware of Brian's behaviors with no instruction or demand for him to be a quite neighbor, I am imploring you at Action Management to remedy this constant irritation with which we have had to live with for several years now.. Possibly the best place for Brian would be at the very front facing Hackberry where there are no other apartments and nothing close enough to echo.
