Comment from Jeffery Faubion on 2017-10-11 10:04:38: We would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstance. It is ran by a woman named Nikki Beck who is the worst manager I have ever rented from bar none. We lived there for 18 months never missed a rent payment, never had any complaints against us and our experience was horrid. Starting with them refusing to replace the black mold filled air conditioner, which could have led to my disabled wife getting cancer. 18 months of exposure to black mold....but other tenants got new air conditioners who were friends with Nikki, because she plays favorites. The property owed us money when we moved, $10... but some how when our deposit came we were de-ducted $39.84 in rent that showed no dates or where it was owed. Nikki also is a LIAR! She said that we had nothing to worry about on our deposit we would get a full reimbursement only to tell us that we had to pay a paining fee (not listed in the lease btw) and we were the only tenants to pay that as far as I know. Nikki also asked a neighbor of ours if her son in college could study at her house one day putting this tenant in a awkward situation, and Nikki's son ended up pulling his penis out asking the tenant to have sex with him... real classy place I tell you. I could go on for days but I hope I have given enough heads up on this place to where your family will never have to deal with these people EVER. And we tried contacting management and they literally just hang up on you. Myself and my wife are actually working with a para legal to see if anything can be done with how this manager Nikki runs this place that is suppose to be for the elderly and disabled.
