Comment from kathy o on 2025-06-20 12:41:53: I was on the waiting list and manager took me off waiting without even sending me a letter, notifying I was at the top of the list for an apartment. When I called her to inquire where I was on the waiting list, she said that she sent me a letter notifying me of an apartment and since I didn't respond, she took me off the waiting list, but she DID NOT send me a letter and she lied to me. The manager) clearly does not follow the rules and she doesn't appropriately contact someone at the top of the list by sending them a letter, and she did not me. This is wrong and she was dishonest about the situation.
