Comment from Elaine Wallace on 2018-07-05 13:58:11: My 85 year old mother has rented a 1 bedroom apartment at this place and the gas hot water he has not done . The frig is not cooling either . The gas company will not cut gas on cause the gas man said it can blow up. So Mr Ryan sends the man that cuts the grass to my mothers apartment to fix hot water heater. He knows nothing about . My mother told him do not touch it cause it can blow up. So this man has not fixed it . My mother has no hot water or a frig that cools properly. This is taking advantage of a vulnerable adult . I will contact Jim Hood about this issue first thing in the morning .
