Tom Doughty, the person who is the caretaker for your establishment (Forest Haven Apts, Jackman, Maine) is one of the most dedicated man you will ever have working for you. He cares for the people who live there and goes ABOVE and BEYOND his job description! I am truly hoping the owners/president whom owns and runs this building will take the time and recognize him this Christmas OR whenever you are capable of doing so!!! Tom is going to be 71 this coming March. He and his wife work very hard to care for this place and the people who live there. I know Forest Haven is probably not your first priority, but I do believe Tom Doughty should be. Northern, low income places like this tend to be ignored due to being too far away and not a money maker. I truly would like you to take into consideration, in doing a kind gesture, with making Tom Doughty feel like you actually recognize all his hard work for Forest Haven apts. He saves this establishment allot of money by fixing things himself. HE DOES not call the people to fix problems which happen every year with the heating issues. He takes and fixes so many things that this establishment would have to pay SO MUCH more money for. He DOES NOT get paid for this. I know he has saved you so much financially. Please look at your past employees that have done Tom's job and truly see my honesty, and please take the time to recognize Tom in a very respectful, thoughtful way.
