Comment from DMarie on 2022-01-12 10:22:02: Stay away from all Stanford Management properties. Bad news. Intrusiveness,accusive, controlling, argumentive and will argue with you over everything to the point of of no getting through to them. There is a mold problem that they also argue about. It's not mold to them, it's just black stuff. There are way too many inspections, 3-4-5 a year and they've never fixed anything that was reported via inspection, unless you specifically request one. Can't keep a maintenance person...
