I use to live at Livingston Manor ,it's another nice place,but my mom is now getting to where she cannot do things so we'll ,so I'm moving her and my daughter and myself and my daughter husband here. If something was to happen to me ,my daughter is her caretaker. I am very diabled,and am in great need of a hip replacement. Soon very soon. Like before March 2019. I need to move away from live oak trace apts. Their rent is 1,050.00 a month. We all have our own separate bills to pay ,my mom makes the most pay,but she cannot do this in a two bedroom aprt. We really need to get a move on and try our best to all pull together and get ourselves in to park place. The manager is a wonder person.she will work with you and try her best to help us get in. I tell you one thing,she is a good person,and is willing to go an extra mile for people, especially in this crisis we are having with this shutdown. But I will say this after all she will do for a person I would not be a bad Tennant. Not now nit ever. She is the only manager that I know of who pours her heart out to people. So I'll stand up for her and I'll say this Do not cross this nice lady bever
