Comment from Unknown on 2021-10-04 15:43:13: Horrible my kids were playing with there friends and the property manager said in direct quotes,"Only people who live here are allowed near the swings, if you don't live her get your a** home." My kid was then forced to play inside because none of his friends could come here. This is the worst apartemnt here in new iberia. Me and my kid moved after being there for 5 days there are to many rules and it is like a daycare and if you are not signed up you must stay away.
