Comment from Concerned neighbor on 2017-10-04 14:23:03: The manager Claudette is an emotionally unstable pill addict and her husband Mark, the "maintenance man", is a meth abuser who uses meth on site in front office. They are pathetic excuses for management. They openly harrass the tenants and allow one tenant to openly berate and harrass neighbors as well.
