Comment from Robert Card on 2017-01-02 14:51:01: Some residents are throwing garbage all over the street and on the block. Many loud vehicles with broken or illegal mufflers. The manager did not respond to request to change his policy. I would encourage people to find a quieter place and to deal with a manager who is reasonable and responsive.

Comment from WRONGFUL EVICTIONS on 2012-10-09 13:55:46: Has potential renters fill out applications to verify that they CAN NOT AFFORD TO RENT the apartments. Promise reduced income based rent in two months, then it NEVER comes through. After renters are WAY BEHIND on rent, they EVICT and SUE for back payment. THEY KNOW YOU CANNOT AFFORD!!
