The management gets away with outrageous under the radar scemes, and only adheres to gov regulations when convenient or when manipulative techniques puts residents in a no talk, no tell situation. Brown Gables and Autumn Lanes are run remotely and under slim to nill scrutiny so that management has a free run over the premesis. 'Enter Norm Bates'. I'm not kidding.
