Comment from Sylvia Card on 2014-12-15 19:42:24: They come in your unit without notice your lease says they must give you 12 hours. They tell people there rent is late on the 6th now it is the 8th of the month but in the lease it is the 10th.You can not back your car in but we have some that aloud to do all the time (sheriff),a friend of the manger. The manger threw away personal info. in the office trash, then the Richard(handyman) took them out of the office and put them in the laundry room trash. This was done on Wed. I found them on Thursday (the office closed) showed them to another tenant. Now they will not renew my lease. Sharon (manger)has told others that if they get admit to this she will not renew their lease. The reason on the paper work for not renewing my lease is not giving Sharon my paper work. She has all the paper work that had to do with my lease she is using the papers I found as paper that have to been turned over to her. The sheriff's office has been called on this.
