I've been living here since June.. mentioned to front office the window in my bedroom does not open if there is a fire I have no way of Escape unless I keep a cast iron frying pan in my bedroom to break the window out! Definitely a fire hazard! Maintenance and receptionist at the front office very lazy! We've had standing water in the parking lot since I've moved in.. it's done nothing but collect algae which people are slipping on this is a 62 plus community and they actually have a class action lawsuit as a result of injuries! Maintenance neglects to take care of the residents properly!Do you have experience with BELLA VISTA APARTMENTS? Add your review/comment here
