Comment from teedoff on 2014-12-28 02:34:18: I have been living in sunbay village for 10 years,and if you DON"T smoke,you have no rights here. A majority of tenants who live here smoke,if you need to go to the office,be prepared to gag from the smokers who congregate at the front door,and the laundry room,and the rec room. in the fall and spring,I love to open my windows and let the nasty stench of smoke and ashtrays fill my apartment,b/c everyone else who smokes,has their windows open.The manager smokes,so don't complain to management. I guess,lung cancer and copd is on the menu if you move here.Do you have experience with SUN BAY VILLAGE? Add your review/comment here
