They also have gang stalkers that are obviously police snitches doing whatever is necessary to get "reimbursed". Watch out when it comes to rent, they try to sneak in the fee for a/c even if you don't have one. The office staff & maintenance leave much to be desired. When it snows, if you don't move your car immediately, it will get towed. How are elderly people that have difficulty walking supposed to walk in the snow/ice to move their cars so fast, especially when they have to move their cars to a far off part of the parking lot? They just want your money and don't keep things well maintained. Residents will park half-a**/on top of your car & hit your car w/their doors or walkers/carts.
