Comment from Ms Williams on 2024-10-05 00:54:35: I lived at forest park in Crossett the 90's back then the place was beautiful, clean the landlord kept up with the upkeep of the apartments, ( Mrs Judy Watts) I recently visited my sister who resides at Forest Park, when I tell you it shocked me to see the condition of those apartments as well as the outside! It should be against the law for anyone to live in those conditions!! The wood on some of the apartments is rotting with mold and mildew!! Paper all over the place!! the laundry room is a joke!! The playground is filthy!it just looks like a slum down off in there now!! I wouldn't recommend forest park to anyone, as a matter of fact they should be condemned!!
