Details: Sundale Manor has now been recognized as a Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Sundale Manor is an affordable subsidized community that provides apartment homes for persons who are 62 years old or 18 years old in need of the mobility accessible features of a handicap apartment. Open in 1982 this beautiful campus has been a staple in the historic Murray Hill Neighborhood . Our mission has been to provide affordable quality housing in a caring community to persons over 62 years of age/18 years or older in needed of a mobility accessible apartment home as well as meet the physical, social and psychological needs of the residents. Sundale Manor is a non-profit six story HUD Section 202 with Section 8 apartment complex designed to provide affordable housing for extremely and very low-income elderly. Sundale Manor has 90 units; 85 one bedrooms , and 5 two bedrooms and is owned by Florida Christian Manor, Inc.
