Details: Here at Portland Silvercrest, we have 75 one bedroom apartments. The apartments come with a standard sized stove, refrigerator, carpet, blinds, and are air-conditioned. The average size room is around 500 square feet and all units open to an indoor hallway. We also have accessible apartments with features specifically designed for persons using a wheelchair. Other adaptable units can be modified for many special needs such as hearing and visual impairment. Our apartments are subsidized by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for very low-income senior families who meet the eligibility requirements. Because of this, the rent will be no more than 30% of household income.
