Amenities include two community rooms on the first floor, an outdoor recreational deck with seating and a resident lounge on the second floor. The building has two elevators and other accommodations to enhance safety and security for the elderly residents, such as grab bars, emergency pull-cords, closed-circuit TV cameras, fully accessible entrances, and handicapped adaptability. There is also on-site parking.
