Comment from Joyce on 2014-12-28 02:43:25: I love living in Serviam, the apartments are amazing. The amenities are great. But, I feel that some of the amenities aren't availbable to the tenants, should as the rooftop lounge, which can only be used when staff decides to have a function for the tenants. I am a very active senior or sane mind and body, I feel that I should be allowed to sit and relax,read a book or entertain family and friends without being supervised by Serviam staff. I feel that certain ppl are allowed more privilges than others.I'm just saying. Their are many elderly and shut-in within the complex and I respect that, but some of the rules are foolish. I have never had a problem, but hear complains from many of the tenants. Are the tenants allowed to use the community space for gathering of family and friends? or the rooftop lounge for family/friends. other than those things I love the building
