Comment from Tamala Randle-Williams on 2025-05-04 01:33:24: First I'd like to start off saying I was blessed to have an opportunity to move there in a time of unexpected time however, over the year I resided there, the integrity from upper management to management to the other residents ranked at the lowest level I've ever experienced in my entire life. Management having full fledge affairs with tenants/employees - felons who legally shouldn't be there, sharing office wifi password to tenants which puts all tenants info at risk, drugs being given to patients in the recovery center just built next door and her exact words were "it's was just weed", repetitive reports to her and the C.O.P in regards to drug activity and her response "what can I do. Harassed a tenant based on another tenant dislike for a woman with a disabled child, to the point she vacated her apartment, the exact apartment she had numerous reports of drug activity but did nothing until he was behind on his rent for 3x months but allowed him to keep the personalized mailbox keys for weeks to come check his mail. This is a government subsidized facility with maintenance on payroll but when one person moved out, me I received a bill that she contracted a cleaned company to clean my apartment which has to bid out simply because it's a government subsidized facility. I no everyone deserves a second chance however someone with a convicted felon of armed charges and drugs are not allowed to rent a government subsidized apartment. I don't care if this 10 years ago 20 years ago the fact remains he/she had that on their record for life unless they get it expunged which I promise you these people did not because they can barely read or write and one of the convicted felons don't even realize it but I worked at a prison for he was housed at but then again he knows it and initially tried to befriend me but at the end he tried to Target me we're doing all kind of facetious things but of course he's under the belt of the chief of police and the Mayor. And that is not an assumption because not only has he told me that they won't mess with them because of the information he gives them but also I heard with my own two ears of him giving information to the mayor. I do not recommend putting a family member there for number one everything in the apartment complex is outdated number two the panel half of the people that are on there needs to be retired or half of them are sick and really don't have their 100% capacity to make a fair decision and lastly if you can't go there daily to see about them do not put them there no I retract that do not put them there. Unless they have been torn down rebuilt and under New Management and have a new board to where you can report to.
