Comment from CR ML on 2018-01-12 22:27:36: No a/c, a/c not permitted, heat is only small cadet heaters. Unlawful designated smoking area immediately adjacent to office, community room, doorbells... Windows/propped door,sliding glass doors. You can hear people sleeping, talking, shows, bathroom activities easily and readily. LL position is door swing-so slamming is a normal multi-hsg noise, even if it shakes you 10+times and hour at wee a.m. hours. Tenants smoke marijuana/ecig hash out in lot and lane to property. Units have no pantry or linen cupboard. Cleaner engages duties ALL hours, 2am, 6:30am, 9 p.m..., holidays/weekends...slams doors HARD w/vacuum so you can be shaken and jolted at any time as walls, etc are thin, window banging, broom head banging your wall, dumpster moving to block lane occurs from cleaner all hours....Admin management inconsistent, so get EVERYthing they state in writing...they heavily utilized verbal covenants, conditions, practices, policies for deniability purposes...they try every maneuver imaginable to NOT spend money for any reasonable modification/accommodation...do not trust any verbal 'promises' from admin MGMT.
