Details: 300 Main is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (18+). Our community is located in the heart of Estacada, Oregon where you can find a Senior Center, Post Office, Public Library, churches, banks, restaurants, and specialty stores. A large grocery and hardware store is located directly across the street from our community. The Estacada Community Center provides a shuttle service for local shopping, planned excursions, and trips to the Center, where it serves a noon meal for Seniors each weekday and offers a variety of planned activities. Pets are welcomed but a deposit is required and there are size limitations. 300 Main is a smoke-free community. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with safety features; Full kitchen; Utility allowance; Emergency call system; Smoke detectors; Individually controlled heat; Carpeting; Window treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-site laundry room; Individual indoor mailboxes; Locked entry access system; Elevator; Outdoor patio; Lighted parking; Convenient to public transportation; On-site management staff; On-site maintenance staff.
