Details: The Pines Apartments are located on the Central Oregon coast in Florence, which is one hour directly west of Eugene. We are located minutes from the Airport, Miller Park, and The Siuslaw Public Library right off the Oregon Coast Highway 101. We are a family property with two and three bedrooms. All apartments are single story ground level. We are quiet and have many trees for shade. We have on-site laundry facility and a playground.

Comment from Too many drugs here on 2017-10-08 13:55:45: I would NEVER recommend living at the Pines Apartments in Florence Oregon. In my experience of living here for almost 9 years, I have gotten very sick from the neighbors constant cooking of drugs. The smells from their 24 hour drug factory causes me to go into convulsions because of my chemical sensitivities all the time. I have complained of the problem MANY times but the company and the management will not do anything about it. In fact, they tried to evict me because I complained too much. Live here at your own risk. They act like slumlords rather than managers.
