Comment from Mary Hicks Wilkins on 2015-03-07 03:14:43: I have not only live at Franklin Court once, but twice. First time I live there it was 1991. I live there for 3 years. Then I moved out. I enjoyed living there during that time, I had two young daughters. Then I moved there again in 1999, My daughter was older, and Again I was ok, with living there. Then there were alot of older Women including myself, that was about raising your family and being a responsible. Now it is a lot of young Ladies living there, with their boyfriends. And not taking life seriously. I can say that I had a daughter that was living there, she is 25 have two young kids. She does not take life seriously, and I know many more that live there. They are always fussing with other tenants, and not keeping their home clean or the grounds around their homes. It is truly different than when I was living there. You would get fine and warning after that you had to move, that's the way it should be now. If it was like it was when I live there, all this stuff going on at Franklin court would not be happening. There is to many young irresponsible women staying there, I would love to move back there, the place need cleaning up and out.Do you have experience with FRANKLIN COURT APARTMENTS?
