Finally got the regional manager in and she is more concerned that I returned a childs school info to my neighbor instead of my child being afraid to come home. After meeting Holly, I understand why the complex is so bad; Regional manager has same immature and low grade attitude as the rest of the tenants. Move elsewhere. This place is a disgusting joke.

Even if you do, Felons, convicts, and overall strange men and women will hover around you and your children because living in Swansboro Hill means you give up your privacy or the entire neighborhood will make sure you never have it.
