Comment from drandy on 2014-12-18 03:18:36: The company that owns this property does not care about its tenants nor the upkeep of the property. This particular property has been in Charlotte for 30 + years and NO-ONE has seen to it that the owners renovate. There are serious maintenance issues, such as, plumbing, electrical, heating/air, roofing the list goes on and on. Management is illiterate and unprofessional n her duties. Ms. Williams uses her position to bully, intimidate and threaten tenants.
