Breed Exclusions: Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Shepherd, Saint Bernard, Boxer (and any other breed that management deems unsafe and/or unruly). $250.00 deposit for all non-caged pets, non-refundable. Pet Rental Fee: $10.00 (due the 1st of each month)
