Comment from Tascha Dresser on 2018-11-26 13:41:29: For the most part I have enjoyed living at Quimby Street apartments for the past almost fifteen years. But, Occasionally the onsite manager has over stepped her authority and has gotten bossy and controlling with residence here and their guest. My friend this morning informed me upon his leaving me for work this morning was confronted by her about the noise coming from his truck which he uses for work. He said she ( Roxana) went out of her way this morning to harass him. His truck was parked across the street on the Penn side and not in any way on the property. He can not control the noise coming from the truck. She claimed that people were complaining about it and yet this was the first time we heard of said complaints. This happened today, Sunday, 11/18/2018 at about 7 am. She had to come out of her little place next to the apartment building in her and cross the street to confront my friend which sounds so ridiculous to me!I have been here for a decade and a half and I have heard traffic, trucks and machinery out side my apartment all the time but I never have gone out side to tell anyone to not drive so loud it is keeping me up! This manager is too bossy and controlling and seems to be in a bad mood a lot. I wrote her a letter basically telling her to stop being this way and that I wont have her treat anyone I care about like this again. Someone needs to reprimand her atleast. Please help with this matter. Thank you.
