As a special ministry of United Church Homes and Services, the community offers many special features and extras like: On-site laundry facilities; A secured entry system; Individually controlled heating and air conditioning in each apartment; A comfortably furnished lounge with large screen TV including a DVD player; A community room, including a kitchen for resident events; A library with computer; A utility cost allowance.
