Details: Through a partnership with Strafford County Community Action and other agencies, the Dover Housing Authority took an active role in constructing Covered Bridge Manor for additional elderly housing for Strafford County. Completed in 2004, Covered Bridge Manor contains 26 elderly apartments. The DHA helps to manage the complex by screening applicants and provides maintenance for the facility.
