Comment from resident on 2016-10-24 14:40:02: Very well maintained. Very safe, environment. Great parking, nice community room and washers dryers in good condition. Nicely landscaped. Feels as if you live in your own ranch. Very quiet. Comfortable room sizing for an apartment. Plenty of closet, storage for a one bedroom apartment ample cabinets. Bathroom sink/counter is small making it difficult not to form water puddles and wetting floor. Excellent heat and hot water. Undesirable taste to drinking water. Al flooring is in need is showing its age. Cabinets show their age. Refrigerator size is decent but very noisy.Do you have experience with KINGSTON PINES? Add your review/comment here
