Comment from Taylor on 2014-12-28 03:03:36: These apartments are he worst I have ever lived. The maintenance guy always hits on you and make sexual harassment comments to tenants. It takes them forever to fix things that are wrong in the apartment. The only way you can get anything done is through HUD. They don't even have a dryer connection so you have to go to a laundry mat to dry your clothes. Only some apartments have carpet and the manager is very rude. She always complain about her having to manage other properties when you ask her to help fix an a problem in your apartment. They always path up things without fully fixing it. The manager is very unprofessional and tells everyone about her marriage problems and divorce. This is unprofessional and irrelevant to her job. They say that they have limited funding from the government so they can only do so much. Their are guys that hang out drinking beer and smoking drugs right in front of the kids that live out here. I've found beer cans, weed bags, and needles outside! When you report it to the manager, she tells you to call the police and does not take it serious. Their have been more shoot outs over them than I can ever count. They should really tare down these apartments if they are not going to be managed properly.There is no order and the manager has little respect for tenants. They always send out rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional letters. She is rude to even the good tenants and complains about her only being on this job for a year. This is no place to raise a child. There are several income based apartments that are very much up to standards. This is the worse thus far I've seen.
