Details: South Pointe is located in the small town of Marianna, Arkansas, population is 4,132. We have a beautiful property owned and managed by Alco Management, Inc. We offer great living conditions and several amenities - laundry rooms, playgrounds for the young adults, and for our even younger adults we have Kids for the Future school, which provides a bus that comes to our property to pick up children that are pre‐school age. We also have great customer service and want all of our residents to be fully satisfied at all times. We have a manager and 1 full time maintenance and a part time grounds man, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and also support after-hours emergency calls.
