Comment from whistleblower on 2014-12-18 03:14:15: NOONAN PLAZA management is screwing the tenants. The super steals appliances and is extremely rude to tenants. Security is a joke and the onsite manager plays favoritism by letting his relatives get apartments ahead of those on the waiting list.
