AND THE ADMINISTRATORS ALWAYS SAID THEY DO NOT KNOW WHY THE PREVIOUS ONES DID NOT ENTER OUR APPLICATION? LAST TIME WE PUT THE APPLICATION IN 2018, AND THIS NEW ADMINISTRATOR WAS NEITHER CORDIAL NOR PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. SHE WAS CLEANING HER OFFICE AND SEND US TO TALK TO ANOTHER PERSON JUST TO GIVE THE PAPER?
