I currently live in Michelangelo and don't understand why she continues to work here, they also have an assistant called Lisette and she dont fall to far behind. Two peas in a pod!!! I have felt harassed and disgusted how these dogs treat their fellow human being.... yesterday Lisette was cursing all throughout the office and screaming at everyone. Its really disgusting and Michelangelo owners should be ashamed that all of our complaints fall on swath ears. This complex used to be hood now its a piece of whit!

I moved back to the south bronx in search of a better commute. Fortunately that is the ONLY thing Michelangelo has to offer. The management office is rude with the focus on Mrs. Miriam Valette. That PMO could use fresh faces that understand the importance of customer service. They talk down to even market rent tenants as if their not paying customers. The new renovations are a scam to juke the rent for the working class. This is a very promising complex with the WRONG leadership and management. I really hope the NEW owners take key! Don’t be SLUM LORDS! Thank you!

Comment from yankeeruiz on 2014-12-15 20:39:30: i applied for this building (Micheal Angelo's) and the lady (Miriam) had the nastiest attitude. i went to check up on a application that i applied and she responded that they dont do walk in application, and i responded to her that i personally gave it to one of the workers and she repeated her self with great sarcasm " WE DONT DO WALK IN APPLICATION" i was shock by her respond and such a hostile attitude. Miriam the manager should not be taking care of possible residents becous of her short temper. I Thank You in advance for your time.
