Comment from Angry Tenant on 2015-09-18 21:37:43: Living here in this place, i realize that if i had an enemy who i despise, sending that person to live here would be an ideal torture. The apartments are infested with bedbugs. the staff are really unfriendly to the point if something break, they will take forever to fix and they have an attitude when you chase after them to get the item fixed, and management has an attitude. Here is a list of things they can do to fix their problem. 1. If we, the tenants, ask you to come fix something, don't take longer then a week to show up and expect someone to be home that day. 2. If there's a mandatory inspection that needs to be done, quit forgetting to pass out the flyers that say so. if it's once you forget, no biggie. But if it's for almost 3 months straight, you don't have the right to get angry at us for not knowing. 3. If management really needs to get in touch with the tenant, make a phone call or leave a letter at the door. Do not scream at us in the middle of the street telling us we need to make an appointment as soon as possible. 4. If a tenant does not understand English or is confused about something, get a translator who is certified, do not call other tenants expecting that they have the skills to do management work for them. 5. if a tenant is waiting for repair and you rescheduled for the repair people to come another day, leave a message for the tenant to know that their appointment has been rescheduled. 6. if a tenant is Asian, do not treat them like they are dirt. i have heard stories from neighbors who are Asian of how they are discriminated against. a case in point is that on the lease, no pets allowed is in bold. However, there is a Hispanic tenant raising not 1 but 2 dogs who have no problem at all letting them loose in the hallways and laundry room where people are not happy to see but not sure where to go to complain as staff is unwilling to help.Do you have experience with FRENCH APARTMENTS?
