Comment from Nissa on 2019-09-30 18:54:47: I lived in this development for more than 20 years & it was ran well in the beginning. It has went downhill in the last 5-10 years. The newest management company is the worst so far(reliant) They have taken away the security & replaced them with cameras. They've taken away the laundry room & given nothing for months on end. Yet, they still continue to charge for security & laundry in the rent. They're people sleeping in the staircases & doing drugs among other things. I don't know how to get in touch with the actual owners but I'm gonna find out because I'm sure they don't know that things are as bad as they are. I used to be able to contact them but I think they sold the property. This property has been through no less than 5 different management companies in the last 2 years but I believe reliant is the worst yet & they have a track record for being this way at all of the properties they manage.
