Comment from Abigail Rivera on 2015-01-08 21:00:51: It is 1 degree today in New York and there is no heat or hot water in the entire building. It has been like that thruout christmas time up to today. It is horrible. Senior Citicens should not be treated in such a horrible way. Nothing worse than an elderly living with no heat at one degree or at any cold temperature. Dept of Housing preservation says that they call one tenant to verify if all ok and then closes the complaint, why don't they send someone to verify for sure. They just close the ticket and that's it. Not fair to all those elderly tenants. PLEASE, SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED. THIS BUILDING IS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE LAWS. THESE ARE ONLY SENIOR CITIZENS LIVING HERE. NOT EVEN AN ANIMAL DESERVES TO LIVE LIKE THIS. PLEASE PASS ON TO AUTHORITIES. THANKS SO MUCH.Do you have experience with CONCOURSE PLAZA SENIOR APARTMENTS?
