Comment from MR MIGUEL HERNANDEZ on 2019-08-15 17:59:12: I have lived at 90 Ross St. Apt 6A for 33 years come September and KRAUS is trying to evict me for my rent arrears as I'm trying to pay it through a CAN BE assisted one shot deal and renters assistance program CityFeps they don't want to accept the program why it it's a NYC HRA Program.

Every winter for the last 10 years I have notice that the building is not getting adequate enough heat.It really unacceptable.I hope you will take the time to look into this.Thank you for your cooperation.

The landlord has every right to collect the rent, I understand we all have problems , but miguel you live in one of the most Desirable Area your apartment is worth almost 2 Mill if its a two bedroom people are buying these units by getting rid of you . so don't sleep and find out how you can purchase your apartment . Tell all your neighbors, that everyone is a target don't be surprised if your getting evicted and the local agencies won't help .that is the plan . fight for your home .@Betriez Bedford gardens has a waiting list they are not following the waiting list and they are selling two bedrooms right now for 2.5 million investigate ??
