Comment from anonymous on 2018-07-09 09:52:25: The only bad thing is that tenants have to pay their own electric which is very hard when living on a low fixed income. Heating and cooling an apartment can be very expensive. They really should include all of the utilities as this really makes a difference of quality of life for poor seniors and poor disabled people. The state of NY is taxed so highly you would think they would have the funds for this since this is the only subsidized apartment building that I know of in this specific area.Do you have experience with NORTHERN HOUSING?
