You will never get a receipt for your rent payments, you will be demanding by property manager Sherry V. Dunham for you to sign-out a semi-blank documents with the idea of adding "information" later. Sherry is not the person that you can trust to keep your private and sensitive documents such as SS#, bank accounts, car registration, insurance, etc., all your confidential matters will be under her black mail 'supervision'.
