Comment from Yedahs on 2024-10-04 00:11:07: These apartments 100% have bed bugs and termites out the a**, I'm dead serious. I promise this isn't some type of s*** review for no reason, as I currently live here and management/maintenance won't do anything about it. We've had 2 new companies take over the property in the last 1 year, raising everybody's rent (mine by over $400) making it impossible to pay rent at this point, maintenance doesn't do anything - in fact they come in and f*** things up more than they were already f***** to begin with, AND on top if it all, there is a pedophile named Richard Gaines living here and nobody seems to give a s***. I wouldn't suggest trying to get an apartment here. The entire neighborhood is incredibly nosey, and constantly in everybody else's business but their own.
