We both agree that this was the happiest and best place we have ever lived. We have big houses in nice neighborhoods now but Beechwood was a place where kids played outside with neighbors while moms watched and talked. It was clean, bedrooms spacious, kitchen was sunny and it has 3 levels and 1.5 baths on a budget that allowed us to still take vacations with our kids and pay our bills. The manager was a stern but wonderful woman who kept that place a good place to live.
