Latest Reviews, Comments, Questions for STONEGATE APARTMENTS

Comment from anonymous on 2014-12-15 20:20:23: This company is ok The only thing I do not agree with is the penalty for an open window in the winter I'm the type of person who has panic attacks and open the window sometimes in the winter to freshen up or allow circulation in my house. I consider this harassment because who in the world is stalking my windows? Any stalking is considered harassment. Understanding their point, I believe a phone call would be considered better considering how the person stalking doesn't know if the window was open for a second. Knowing facts before assuming is and would be highly appreciated. However, they do work with you if you have pets, providing a lease for the pet and giving people a chance like this is remarkable. I have ptsd so my dog means the world to me. So I do appreciate those aspects. Good company. I would rate 5 but rate a 3 because the inspections were like 4 times a year and the notice was a day before inspection , I should get a three day notice I do not like people I don't know In my house , my ptsd, wires into a panic I would advice noticing residents 3 days prior. Also the company does allow you to take 5 classes if in college I consider that a violation of someone rights to attend as many classes as they wish to better themselves. This needs to be changed. Or tenants should get a written prompt explaining college procedures and regularities. Other then those cons, I love my apartment. Is spacious. And very nice. Wooden floors. Laundry hookup, parking. Love it. Just disagree with some of their regulations. No one is perfect but those cons need to be worked on.
