Comment from Dorie Peel on 2015-01-02 02:28:51: I currently reside at Massey mannor 2609 f Ave. The place is unsafe and unsanitary. HC Massey has allowed his rentals to literally fall apart but yet rents them out to tenants who otherwise could not find housing. For no background check, I was allowed to rent his dump for $675. No lawn, no AC, No cable and all repairs ignored. By the landlord. And a prompt eviction for rocking the boat and calling the health Dept and bldg code enforcement. The reason? I had become a financial burden even though my rent was paid early and in full each month! Please take his properties off of this site! Unless you are in the SLUMLORD business.

Comment from tellthetruth on 2012-08-20 21:26:56: massey apartments are unsafe and unhealthy. he lost his hud housing grant last year and is now renting his slums for high rent to people who cannot pass a background check. he does absolutely no maintainance on any of his places. my husband and i had to move because the hot water heater went out and he refused to replace it leaving us no hot running water. my husband has cancer

Comment from richards34 on 2014-12-28 03:25:50: massey apartments are roach infested and disgusting. my cousin lived there because she needed a place in order to get her kids back. the apartment had mice and thousands of cockroaches..when confronted massey bought some cheap roach bombs and mouse traps that didnt work. the kids got sick due to the fact that they had roaches crawling all over them day and night. food was not safe there due to the fact that the mice and roaches would infest it and leave fecies everywhere...its sad because those of us have no choice but to rent from him due to the fact that every other place turns you away cause of criminal history ir income....
