Details: Grace Apartments was established in 1978, but management has over 45 years of experience furnishing quality housing in Wisconsin. Our apartments are for older persons who are over 62 years of age or those who have a disability. Because of our exclusive tenants, our apartments were designed to provide easy access for the daily needs of residents whose individual situation may require special assistance. We offer large rooms and abundant closet space, a luxury in today’s construction, that not only grant room to breathe, but also allow for easily maneuverability. We offer allowances for free heat and utilities along with air conditioning sleeves in each apartment. Cable television is available and carpets, drapes, and kitchen fixtures are furnished for you. Our buildings have private off-street parking and leisure time rooms on the ground level. Because accessibility is required for our patrons we have elevators and multiple laundry facilities at all three locations.
