Residents pay 30 percent of their income in rent; the remainder is picked up by the federal government. The Greentree & Teutonia Community Learning Center opened in 1998, providing 22,000 square feet of program space. Head Start, day care, after-school programs, meal services, and senior activities bring bustling life to this young building in a well-established, low turn-over housing community.
