Details: Sunrise Valley Apartments is located near beautiful central downtown Lancaster, WI close to shopping and health care. Our property is run under the Rural Development, HUD and Low Income Tax Credit Affordable Housing programs and is dedicated to the independent living needs of elderly and/or disabled individuals and families. Subsidy may be available to make rent 30% of the household's gross annual income. We have many great features to offer in our units including open floor plans and ample storage. We have community rooms in each building where you can meet with your neighbors to participate in many activities. On-site laundry on each floor, off street parking, and direct access to the second floor provide ease of living for anyone.

Comment from Anonymous on 2017-08-29 17:26:48: If you are elderly, or a technophobe, and don't care about nasty water, this place is for you! They don't allow any upgraded net service or decent tv service at all. The owners/manager will not allow the fiber optic to come here either so you have the option of poor, lowest service from TDS for net or the lowest cable option from Charter for tv. Constant issue with tenants not following parking rules - only tenants park in the given stalls - and all management will do is add something to their monthly newsletter. The doors have huge gaps in them to the hallway so you can easily hear everything. Only half the outlets work properly - top or bottom on an outlet won't work in about half of the outlets in the whole apartment. Have heard multiple other tenants complain about the lack of maintenance - tell them of a problem that needs fixing and 2+ months later it is still not fixed or even looked at. Washers and dryers are available in laundry rooms but they are pointless to use, you are better off going to the laundry mat in town where your clothes actually come clean. Some outside lights do not work and they have no plans on fixing them, leaving some fairly dark areas to walk. With them turning down every single good thing that could happen here, it's amazing that younger people are bothering to rent out any apartments.
